Results

The meet today was AWESOME!! I didn't do the 50 freestyle because for some reason my coach put me in 50 butterfly. But it was really good! I got a medal in every event (placing first, second or third) so I'm really happy. I also took off a ton of time in my events. Here are my times (for those of you who are swimmers ;-D)

• 200 Medley Relay- I did free and my time was: 31.66 seconds. I think I could have done better on this, but my start was bad. =/ We were the only group of girls, so my team got first!
• 200 IM- My seed time was 2:55.95 and I dropped about 2 seconds, which is a lot of time. I got third place, my time 2:53.10
• 50 Butterfly- My seed time was 38.95 and I dropped about 1 second, my time 27.83. I got second place. =)
• 50 Breaststroke- My seed time was 42.80 and my finish time was 42.08. So I dropped .78 seconds. =) I got FIRST!!!!!!!

Haha I'm crazy. =P

Championships

Hey Peoples!!
I'm super excited about tomorrow because I have swim championships with swimfreak!!! I'm swimming:

• 200 Medley Relay
• 200 IM (individual medley)
• 50 Breastroke
• 50 Freestyle

If my times are good I might post them. =) I am also excited because my ribbons finally came in from like, 3 meets. I got all first places!!!!

So I'm really happy. =) I love swimming soooooo much it's crazy. ;-) Well, I better go to sleep, I have to get up at 6:30 tomorrow. O_O

Back!

Hey Everyone!
I sort of took a long unexpected break from blogger.. =) But I'm back. I had an awesome New Year! My family stayed up until 12:06 am January 1st, 2013!!!! And oh my gosh, who has seen Kiss You? It is the FUNNIEST music video ever!!!

And I love how they have 'sailor clothes', I go to sailing camp every year and I would die laughing if everyone wore those. =) And Niall looks so cute/funny in his skiing outfit.. Which reminds me that I'm going skiing in February! **Whoop Whoop!** Anyway, I hope everyone has had an AWESOME 2013 so far. =D

Whoo Hoo!

Guess what? It's snowing! I can't believe it!!!! I doubt it will stay, but still! A white Christmas! It's almost a miracle! My sister came bounding into my room, chanting "It's snowing! It's snowing!" Oh, and on Google there is this Santa tracker that has tons of games and you can send personalized letters from Santa to people! I made some for my sisters. =D Well, I'm going to go outside now. Merry Christmas!

Captions!!!

Okay, so everyone else on Blogger has something for a certain day. Like, someone posts pictures or a story or something. But I don't! I know, I need to get with the program! So I'm going to try to do something on Wednesday. Scratch that. I already know what I'm going to do. CAPTIONS!! OMG, love those things! So I'm going to post a picture and you guys are going to look at it, think of something funny, cheesy, or even lame to put on it! Kay, here's the first picture:

Oh, and a quick announcement... I got a new laptop!! Yay! My old one broke a few months ago, so I had to use the desktops. But my Opa (German for grandfather) bought me one! It came on Monday as an early Christmas present. I guess he wanted me to enjoy it before the world ends! LOL, just kidding. The world is NOT going to end! I'm going to be coming back from an AWESOME vacation skiing and staying at a cabin. (Sorry Daylily, I can't go to your 'end of world sleepover'. =( )

Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!

I looked up some facts about Thanksgiving that some of you might or might not know.

• They do not have an equivalent celebration in the UK. In the words of Erin Hunter/Vicky: "Happy Thanksgiving to my American Clanmates! We don't have an equivalent celebration here in the UK, which always seems a shame to me. I envy your pre-Christmas feasting and family get-together; plus, I love pumpkin pie and that's as rare as...a gentle word from Yellowfang?...around here."
  
•  We would NOT have Thanksgiving if it wasn't for a woman named Sarah Hale. People started ignoring Thanksgiving, and in the West (oh, this is during the Civil War time) they didn't even know what it was. =( Sarah wrote lots of letters and asked people for help to make Thanksgiving a national holiday! She also wrote the nursery rhyme, "Mary Has A Little Lamb," not that you needed to know. =)
