This week I had sailing camp! It was a lot of fun, and I'm glad I'm going back next week! (I'm already planning how to pay for next summer! ;-) So, that week was Harry Potter week, and we were split into the houses. I was in Gryffindor (Sunfish), and my sisters were in Hufflepuff (Opti). There was another group, Slythenclaw! there wasn't enough people to make the other two houses, so they combined it! They are the Lasers.
Here's what we learned in my group:
- We learned how to rig (set up) a Sunfish, and to de-rig it (take apart.)
- Rules of the Road (or River!)
The Right-away
Leeward and Windward - We had a capsize drill, and I'm glad that we had it!
